A Quick Outing Turns Into NEW Revolutionary War Finds
I found a colonial horseshoe, British canister shot and a grand item that will be revealed very soon. Under "Artifact Photos" or click the link below... there you can see before and after pictures of the horseshoe cleaning. Plus, the newest canister shot and all my other American Revolution pieces.
New Find! British Canister Shot
This British Canister Shot is in great condition. It was about a foot underground and was covered with an inch of stone, dirt and earth.

Recently found - "Grapeshot"
I recently found this Revolutionary War "Grapeshot". Which is a cast iron ball about the size of a golf ball, shot in clusters from a cannon.

My upcoming presentation in Moorestown... this November
I will be giving a presentation on my independent research project "Facts and Artifacts". This lecture will take place in November 2024 at the Moorestown Library. The exact date is still pending. Thank you to The Moorestown Historical Society for organizing this event. My power point presentation focuses on the British Army's "Evacuation from Philadelphia" to South Jersey in June 1778 and their overall time spent in Camden/Burlington Counties. Plus, I will cover colonial myths and regional inaccurate American Revolution information.
Finally, I will have my local Revolutionary War artifacts on display. These items are from my time following the British Army's marching routes and locations.
